Prenatal, Labor & Birth Support

We offer full spectrum support from the moment you hire us! Our services include 3 prenatal visits, 24/7 on call doulas, and a postpartum visit. We also offer an optional Birth Energy Cleanse as an extra little love sprinkle from us to you!

  • 1st Prenatal Visit

    Your first visit is all about your heart and head space. During this meeting we will dive into your vision, your concerns, your hopes and any fears. This will help to lay the groundwork for your birth preferences and journey ahead. This visit takes place via Zoom

  • 2nd Prenatal Visit

    Your second visit is all about your upcoming labor & birth! We will talk through what it might look & feel like and practice hands-on comfort measures getting your partner or anyone else you’d like involved. This visit is in person, in your home.

  • 3rd Prenatal Visit

    Your third prenatal is focused on all things postpartum. Topics include breast & bottle feeding, baby wearing, belly binding, self-care, and what it may look like for you, your baby, your relationships and your household. This visit is in person, in your home.

  • 24/7 On Call

    From the moment you sign on there will always be a doula on call to provide you support via call/text/email. One phone number. So much love

  • Labor& Birth support

    We offer continuous support throughout labor, delivery, and the golden hours after your baby is born. The ball is always in your court as to when we join you. Once we are together the support is never ending

  • Postpartum Visit & Energy Cleanse

    Your postpartum visit typically happens within 1-2 weeks after birth. We will revisit your birth story and help with any hiccups you might be experiencing on your new parenting journey. We also offer an optional second visit which is an energy cleanse
